The following public restrooms, drinking fountains and dog water stations are located along or directly connected to the Scottsdale Greenbelt and Indian Bend Wash. The locations are arranged from north to south.
Mustang Library
• Public Restroom: Wheelchair accessible restroom inside Mustang Library. Available during library operating hours.
• Drinking Fountain: Public drinking fountain inside Mustang Library. Available during library operating hours.
Mountain View Park
• Public Restroom: Restroom building on the southwest side of the tennis courts, beside the basketball and sand volleyball courts.
• Drinking Fountain: Drinking fountain at the Mountain View Park restroom building.
Rotary Park
• Public Restroom: Restroom building south of the playground and ramadas.
McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park
• Public Restroom: Entry Plaza restroom near the Roundhouse, playground and splash pad.
• Public Restroom: Train Shed restroom inside the southern train loop.
• Drinking Fountain: Drinking fountain at Stillman Station near the central train platform and restroom area.
Nature Area
• Public Restroom: Restroom building east of Hayden Road between the Arizona Canal paths.

Thomas Road Bike Stop

Eldorado Park
• Public Restroom: Ballfields West restroom serving the western Eldorado Park ballfields.

• Public Restroom: North restroom between the Eldorado Aquatic Center and the north playground.
• Drinking Fountain: Standalone drinking fountain in the eastern portion of Eldorado Park near the Greenbelt recreation area.

• Public Restroom: Restroom at the Eldorado Community Center South Building. Access may follow Community Center operating hours.
Construction may temporarily restrict access to the north lake, ballfields and other portions of Eldorado Park. Follow posted signs and check current City of Scottsdale information before relying on a particular route through the park.
Vista del Camino Park and Dog Park
• Public Restroom: Restroom beside the Pierce Street parking lot, playground and Vista del Camino Dog Park.
• Drinking Fountain: Drinking fountain along the Greenbelt corridor in Vista del Camino Park.

Important Location Notes
Some restrooms and drinking fountains are located at the same building. When two amenities share the same coordinates, one map marker has been moved by only a few feet so both icons remain visible. The offset is for map visibility and does not mean the amenities are in separate parts of the park.
Indoor restrooms and drinking fountains at Mustang Library and Civic Center Library are available only during library operating hours. Access to aquatic centers, community buildings and other indoor facilities may also depend on operating hours.
Outdoor amenities can be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, construction, special events or repairs. Follow all posted signs and never enter a closed or restricted area.

Drinking water is available at several major stops, including Mustang Library, Mountain View Park, McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, Nature Area, Chaparral Park, Indian School Park, Scottsdale Civic Center, Osborn Park, Thomas Road Bike Stop, Eldorado Park and Vista del Camino Park.
Does Scottsdale Civic Center have public restrooms?
Yes. Scottsdale Civic Center has public restroom buildings on its east and west sides. Civic Center Library also has an indoor wheelchair accessible restroom and drinking fountain during library operating hours.
How many public restrooms are at Eldorado Park?
Four restroom locations are mapped at Eldorado Park. They are located near the western ballfields, the aquatic center and north playground, the East Ramada and the Eldorado Community Center South Building. Two drinking-water locations are also mapped within the park.
Construction may temporarily restrict access to the north lake, ballfields and other areas of Eldorado Park. Follow posted signs and check current City of Scottsdale information before visiting.
Are there water fountains for dogs along the Greenbelt?
Yes. Human and dog water stations are mapped at Chaparral Dog Park and Vista del Camino Dog Park. It is still a good idea to carry backup water during hot weather in case a fountain is temporarily unavailable.
Are the restroom and water locations free to use?
The map focuses on public amenities at City of Scottsdale parks, libraries and civic destinations. Outdoor park amenities are generally available to park visitors. Indoor facilities may only be available during their posted operating hours.
Are the restrooms open all day?
Not necessarily. Outdoor restroom availability may follow park hours, while restrooms inside libraries, community centers and aquatic facilities depend on building hours. Restrooms may also close temporarily for cleaning, maintenance, construction or special events.
Why are some restroom and drinking-fountain markers a few feet apart?
Some restrooms and drinking fountains are located at the same building and originally shared identical coordinates. One marker was moved by only a few feet so both icons remain visible on Google Maps. This small offset does not mean the amenities are located in different parts of the park.
Are private restaurant or business restrooms included?
No. This map focuses on public restrooms and water amenities at City of Scottsdale parks, libraries, civic facilities and other public Greenbelt destinations. It does not rely on customer-only restrooms at restaurants or private businesses.
How accurate are the mapped locations?
The markers are placed at the individual restroom building, drinking fountain or facility area whenever a precise location could be identified. Conditions can change, so follow posted signs and report any location that has moved, closed or become unavailable.
